Title Property in Thailand
There are many different property in Thailand for
the Land, there are broadly 4 types to guarantee that the property will decline, which are used as proof of ownership of land, rights of succession, or other interests on land. The land may be acquired by purchase,
lease, gift, inheritance, repayment of debts.
SOR KOR or 1 (Certificate of pocesses)
It recognizes that a person is in possession of land, but
